Heal

A community of women devoted to healing personally and collectively.

We are calling our community together to heal the wounds from this past year. We start March 1, 2021.

This past year brought you to your knees. At times you found yourself lost in grief, frustration, and uncertainty. Isolation and loss dug deep into your heart. You struggled at home with your family, in your relationships, and at work. Everything seemed to come undone and leave you questioning who you are. You feel battered and broken, bruised, and torn up, but even still there is a glimmer of light and hope that keeps you moving forward. You ache to heal your wounds, to help mend the hurt in the world, and come out stronger and clearer than ever. You are ready to emerge into a new version of yourself, born for this new day.

With everything happening in the world right now, you know that healing is an important part of moving forward, but you just don’t know where to begin.
You crave sisterhood— an authentic group of women that understands where you are and desires meaningful conversations and deep connection.

Welcome home, Sister. You are not alone. You are in the right place.

When was the last time you asked yourself what you need to heal?

Imagine if for the next three months you had support to bring your own needs into the foreground. Imagine if you had the tools to help you find yourself again, to help you mend your body and your heart, and feel joy once more.  Imagine connecting with other women, feeling the power that ignites when women come together with intention, and having a safe container to explore the wounds and hurts of this past year. Imagine having a community to call home.

Michelle’s Inspiration

On top of everything happening in the world, this last year has been incredibly hard for me on a both a physical and spiritual level. After a three-year journey through chronic pain, I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. Endometriosis is a painful, fiery disease in the womb, which my mother had also struggled with. It forced me to pay attention to my body and honor everything it needed to heal. I had to pay attention.

For me, the womb is a place that holds my truth. It is where I listen to my deepest inner voice and seek answers when I feel lost. The womb feels like the seat of my feminine soul. So, it was devastating when the doctor told me I needed a hysterectomy. I spiraled into fear, worried I was following my mother’s footsteps in health, and that I would die young like her. I faced losing a part of my body that I identified with dearly. I had to give up my womb and embrace a new body, trusting that I would know how to heal. This journey through illness has been a path of deep surrender and reverence for myself and what I know to be true for me.

The healing journey I have been on inspired me to create HEAL. The world we live in is hurting right now, and most of us have had to face struggle and loss this past year. Most of us have been forced to face ourselves and our lives in a new way. I know I am not alone in this. Along my healing path, the things that helped me mend my wounds were movement, prayer, writing, and surrounding myself with a community of women who get me. I am bringing together all these pieces and calling our community back together, to HEAL.

Reclaim space just for you.

Women need sacred community, trustworthy mentorship, and sisterhood because we are not meant to do this alone.

Together in community we practice healing our hearts, our bodies, and the collective. After the pain and grief of this past year, we need the time and space to pick up the broken pieces and mend our tender hearts. We need each other. We need the healing powers of community and sisterhood. When we gather and speak our truth as women, we not only heal ourselves, but we heal each other. We need inspiration to remember who we are. We need love, light, and tenderness. So much needs healing right now, and as the light begins to return in this new year, and as we head into spring, it’s the perfect time to come back home to ourselves.

I want to invite you to HEAL, a three-month immersive experience online. Each week you will have the opportunity to meet and gather with a community of like-minded women. There will be many opportunities to meet along the way. Imagine movement as prayer, writing workshops, community conversations, and rituals to connect deeply with yourself. Enjoy the connection, meet other women, and feel your heart heal. This is a healing container designed to hold us as we move back into the light of the spring.

Heal your body. Nurture your heart. Change your world.

Write your prayers, move out the pain, pray like a woman.

Here’s what some of the women are saying about last year’s Immersion:

  • The group of women was so special. It was a great inner circle of support that felt amazing. It gave me a voice and a safe place to be me. I feel like our bond and friendships will extend way pass the retreat.

    Gina
  • The Immersion is the best gift I could have given to myself. Michelle held space for us to share our stories, to find support, and develop relationships while she gracefully led us on this journey. She presented us with challenges, asked us thoughtful questions, and supported us in finding our truth. It’s unlike anything I have ever done before.

The Immersion had a profound effect on my ability to cope as a woman and mother of two. I started a new career and am following my new passions as a yoga teacher. I can’t thank Michelle enough.

    Nicole
  • The Immersion has been life changing for me. I have found the strength to make big changes and create the life that I really want. I loved coming together with my group. I felt so supported. This has been an amazing experience and I am so happy that I decided to participate.

    Alison
  • I highly recommend The Immersion for anyone who feels stuck, out of place, or has lost their way in life… It will transform you.

    Nicki
  • Be open and let it all go. It is totally worth the money, and frankly you forget what you spent because it becomes invaluable.
The Immersion has allowed me to open myself up to the reality that there are normal women out there who are on similar journeys and that we don’t have to feel so alone. It has given me permission to focus on me and only me.
